The initiative aims to raise awareness among high school students about electric mobility, providing a foundational tool that allows both students and teachers to approach critical environmental issues in an accessible way, including through the edutainment technique.The project engaged hundreds of students from schools in Genoa, Milan, Florence, Turin, Monza, Brescia, Bergamo, Verona, Rome, and Naples.In its first phase, the initiative challenged students with two escape rooms focused on smart cities and electric mobility. Participants were then tasked with creating project-related works, with the best submissions receiving awards.
The initiative aims to make young people aware of sustainability issues and give them the opportunity to actively contribute to their future. The Climate Young Ambassadors Academies include:- Peer learning: Encouraging learning among peers by involving Young Ambassadors from previous academies to train new young students.- Intergenerational sharing: Creating a space for adults and children to discuss topics that matter to all generations. At the end of the experience, the children will share what they have learned with parents and adults.- Professional facilitation: Managed by a LifeGate moderator, supported by professional educators and trainers.- Customized content: The academy's content is tailored to align with corporate needs.This initiative empowers the younger generation while fostering dialogue and engagement across all ages.
NextJournalist is a project created by LifeGate aimed at high school students interested in exploring environmental communication using the most up-to-date media tools.The first edition took place in 2023, involving 230 high schools in Piedmont and 200,000 students. In its second year, NextJournalist expanded to include high school students from Piedmont, Lombardy, and Lazio.To participate in the selection process, students, organized in teams from the same class or school, must submit their work, which is evaluated by LifeGate’s editorial team.

NextJournalist è il progetto ideato da LifeGate e rivolto agli studenti delle scuole superiori che intendono avvicinarsi ai temi della comunicazione ambientale sfruttando i media più aggiornati. La prima edizione si è svolta nel 2023, ha coinvolto 230 scuole secondarie di secondo grado del Piemonte e 200mila studenti. Per il suo secondo anno, NextJournalist si è aperto agli studenti delle scuole secondarie di secondo grado di Piemonte, Lombardia e Lazio.Per partecipare alla selezione, gli studenti, organizzati in team appartenenti alla stessa classe/istituto, devono inviare i propri elaborati, che vengono valutati dalla redazione di LifeGate.
L’iniziativa con l’obiettivo di sensibilizzare studenti e studentesse delle scuole secondarie di secondo grado sul tema della mobilità elettrica, fornendo uno strumento di base che permette a studenti e docenti, anche attraverso la tecnica dell’edutainment, di avvicinarsi alle più importanti questioni ambientali in modo semplice. Il progetto ha coinvolto centinaia di studenti delle scuole di Genova, Milano, Firenze, Torino, Monza, Brescia, Bergamo, Verona, Roma e Napoli. La prima fase dell’iniziativa ha messo alla prova studenti e studentesse con due escape room sui temi delle smart city e della mobilità elettrica. I partecipanti hanno poi dovuto realizzare degli elaborati dedicati al progetto, i migliori dei quali sono stati premiati.
L’iniziativa ha l’obiettivo di rendere i giovani consapevoli delle tematiche legate alla sostenibilità e dare loro la possibilità di impegnarsi attivamente per il proprio futuro. Le Accademie di Piccoli Ambasciatori del Clima prevedono:- peer learning: si favorisce l’apprendimento tra pari con il coinvolgimento di Piccoli Ambasciatori coinvolti in precedenti Accademie per formare i giovani studenti;- un momento di condivisione tra adulti e bambini su temi importanti per tutte le generazioni: saranno i bambini al termine dell’esperienza a restituire gli insegnamenti a genitori e adulti;- la gestione da parte di un moderatore di LifeGate affiancato da educatori e formatori professionisti;- La costruzione di contenuti delle Accademie viene condivisa rispetto alle esigenze aziendali.
