At a time of redesigning mission, vision, purpose and group values, TIM involved us in structuring the pillars of the sustainability strategy in order to integrate them with the new value foundations and express them in the most effective way on the corporate website. The structure had to be functional for easy retrieval of information, to adequately respond to sustainability ratings needs, while at the same time showing the pervasiveness of the ESG strategy in all aspects of business.
After carrying out a benchmark analysis of the main competitors in the telecommunications sector at an international level and some best in class in sustainability, we proposed a new tree structure with related communication guidelines.
